Recently purchased a number of hard to get palms, at least here in Brisbane, communication from Ann was fantastic, and after being driven all over eastern qld. by our postal service for 11 days I had grave fears for the health of these , when they finally arrived I was amazed at how healthy they were and only thanks to the way they were packed, some in starter pots, some bare rooted, El Arish were super helpful. If you want hard to find tropical exotics, look no further than El Arish. Wonderfully experience, will be shopping here again, definitely.

Quick delivery times and great service. El Arish tropical is the only store I’ve been able to find that can deliver the tropical plant varieties I want, it’s been difficult to get many of the plants they sell at El Arish Tropical in NSW, or delivered from other stores. So far I’ve ordered three deliveries from El Arish Tropical in the last 6 months, and each time I’ve received strong hardy plants that have grown well after planting out.

I'm always looking for fantastic cordylines and I found a showstopper at El Arish. I've not seen a New Guinea Fan Cordyline before and I began salivating when I saw them. And what a great price too. They arrived quickly, in great nik, and are a wonderful size for planting with a well-established root ball.
