United States | 01 April 2025Wow! Don’t ever order from this company. Back orders galore, charging multiple times for an order, asking for a refund automatically signs you up for a membership. Trying to cancel and refund is impossible. On the last call I was told to call back in 3 hours. I did and they have blocked calls from my area code. Had to contact credit card company for a dispute.

United States | 11 January 2025If you apply for a rebate you are AUTOMATICALLY signed up for a free trial of their rewards program. After the trial period your credit card is charged a monthly fee of $14.95 every month. This is a very DECEPTIVE practice. I just audited my credit card bills and found they had been billing this for 44 months! A total of $657.80. When I called they claimed ypthey could only refund 11 months so they still charged me $493.35. As far as I am concerned this is unacceptable and I will continue to pursue a full refund through KingSize management, the bbb, social media, and whatever other means are necessary

United States | 31 December 2024King Size has nice clothes but holy shit the shipping is really expensive and they charge for returns then I feel they trick you into joining what they call a rewards program that as far as I can tell is also deceptive. I will never order from them again.

United States | 12 December 2024So deceptive!!! I just made an order on king size website for bathrobes and noticed days later a charge on PayPal for $1.99 where it said king size members rewards. I had no idea where this came from! Then I go to the members rewards website (which I don’t remember ever signing up for) and I have a “free trial” that is set to renew for $15 dollars every month. Thank God I was notified of the $1.99 charge! What a scam and so deceptive. I will never do business with this company again. I called and was able to get the membership cancelled but no refund for the $1.99! Unbelievable. This should be shut down immediately. I can only imagine others who got scammed by this for months!

United States | 20 November 2024I was a Kingsize member. And was approved for their rewards card thinking I can get discounts seeing how I always spent a lot of money on their website mainly for work clothes. I treated the card like a credit card. Once used I would pay it then not use it. Then I started seeing I was be charged 14-15 dollars and I wasn’t using the card nor was I benefiting anything from the card. After I cancelled the card. I received harassing phone call twice a week for the past year. Now being sued for $700. Lmao! I deleted my customer account with them. I WILL NEVER,EVER CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!

United States | 31 July 2024Bought one t shirt from this company and even though it is not stated in my email receipt and I did not accept, they signed me up for this anyways. I had to call to cancel and they said I will be getting a refund. I am a very savvy consumer who was totally scammed with this and will not be patronizing this business again.

United States | 30 July 2024I was not aware that I was signed up for this. I would never have done it because I don't shop there often enough. Finally received an email today charging my account. Apparently, I have been paying the charge since January 2024.

United States | 17 July 2024Super shady. Rip-off. No money is given back, just coupon codes to use on future purchases. SCAM.

United States | 25 May 2024Total SCAM. Even after contacting them and my bank canceling the charge they persist in charging me every freaking month!

United States | 08 March 2024Same thing that happened to these other people happened to me. When i noticed they gave me the same contact info 1-800-526-5592 or email them at THEY WON'T LET ME PRINT THE EMAIL ADDRESS, BUT YOU ALL HAVE IT ALREADY. The email address came back invalid, and the phone number is for a kingsize sales AI. After 10 minutes there was no sign it would EVER give me a chance to cancel. VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PARACTICE! I expect a class action suit any day!

United States | 28 February 2024I was automatically enrolled in the member rewards and my card was charged monthly without my knowledge. Apparently there is a pop up ad that asks if you’re interested in saving shipping charges and once you click on that it automatically enrolls you in their rewards program charging you $16.95 monthly.

United States | 10 October 2023Hidden membership, my Mom used the site in December 2022. She has been getting a charge of 16.95 monthly. I went online for her and canceled the membership in August 2023. She has since been charged twice in October for 16.95. She called customer service and they could see that it had been canceled, so why was she charged twice after cancellation?

United States | 02 October 2023Just noticed a recurring charge in our account. No one authorized this. Tried to call the number and no one picks up.

United States | 13 August 2023The rewards plan is a scam. Like many here I purchased online and in the "fine print" it authorized enrollment into this scam program. My purchase was through PayPal and I mistakenly thought the monthly charges were for a pay over time charge,

United States | 23 June 2023I purchased some clothes for my husband on 10-15-22. Since then, $16.95 a month is being charged to my bank account without authorization. (I didn't notice sooner, because my husband had been very sick for the last 6 months.) When I called King Size customer service the other day, they claimed I signed up for their rewards program to get free shipping. I told them I definitely did not sign up, because I only buy clothes for my husband every 3-4years, at the most. They said they'd speak to a manager, and of course I haven't heard back. Further, if I supposedly signed up for the rewards program for free shipping, as they claimed, why was I charged $22.99 for shipping? I also never received any emails about signing up for the rewards program or about a monthly charge. Since I haven't heard back from King Size, I contacted my state Attorney General to let them know about this scam. King Size told me they have 7 charges to my bank account ($118.65 so far), and the only thing they did was close my account. Obviously I won't purchase from them again, and I would not recommend them to others.

United States | 16 June 2023I was signed up for the rewards with no warning or notice and it charged me fo2lr 2 months before I noticed. I called their customer service and asked for them to refund it and cancel the charges. They said no to the refund but that they would cancel my account. And now I'm being charged again. Screw them I'm just going to get a new debit card.

United States | 09 June 2023Somehow got signed up for membership after a single purchase. Cancelling and getting refund is not easy. Stay away.

United States | 13 May 2023Like all the others I was charged a monthly membership fee which I did not order. Supposedly it was presented as an option when you place an order, but if it is it’s well hidden so you’re not aware of it. Called to cancel and was told I’d be refunded all of my previous membership fees. Of course they never followed through. Will be contacting the BBB.
