I The Magnum2 has potential, not sure if you will be able to charge and use the pen when The Magnum3 comes out, for sure needed. Get new replacement batteries, the one that comes with the pen it is pretty low grade. I can’t stress that I should be able to charge if I only used it for three sessions. To have to replace screens and ceramic filter is messy for cleaning. Ceramic filters will dissolve eventually.

Need some kind of cap to go on top of of the extract heating Chambers so when disconnected it is not

Great service but I hate that it costs $30 in shipping. Especially because I broke the bubble glass piece and I spent more on shipping than the replacement.

I HATE having a problem with a brand new product and DON'T want to be a "nag" , but I wrote them a message on Messenger about the issue and they responded within a couple of hours, if that long! The problem wasn't solved so they offered to send two pieces to help resolve the issue. Received two days later and it solved the issue! So...FANTASTIC and extremely prompt Customer Service! These guys are ROCKSTAR'S in my book! Customer Service means a whole lot to me! I'm definitely going to order another device. I'm curious to see if they're going to come out with another new product I may be interested in purchasing. Oh, and the product itself is made of the very best materials. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is usually true for me, however, I would expect Puri5 products to be even more money based on my experience. All around, definitely a great experience.
