Would have been 5 stars, but there was a mix up with delivery made and signed for by the driver to the wrong address. All was sorted attentively . These things do happen, and I was given a fair refund. Everything else was good, with good phone comms, and easy online ordering (You sometimes need both together!). AP readily selected by hand a particular type of used pallet not shown on the website. Thank you.

Placed order through website, within 30 minutes they called to confirm a delivery date as we required them urgently. When requiring some documentation 6 weeks later. Again email sent, all sorted within 30 minutes.
