Very helpful indeed. Mine was a tiny order, 6 pallet collars, but I was treated with great courtesy and helpfulness, as if I had spend hundreds of pounds.

First rate service with fast delivery.

Ordered 25-off pallets for small holding use. 24 were good quality, one is slightly damaged, but still usable. Delivery was unannounced until I got a call to say that the driver couldn't find us. It would have been better with a bit more notice. Luckily my wife was available, but was surprised when she had to help with unloading and stacking. Again not a major issue, but a little more explanation of what was needed would have helped. Would still happily use Associated Pallets.

I wasnt expecting to receive brilliant pallets as they were repaired second hand pallets. Delivery turn around was great and got me out of trouble but as for the pallet repairs! Several were missing timber and some were unusable almost all of them had split timbers and at least two the main structure of the pallet is broken in two and is being held together by the timber slats. I paid £147 +vat for 15 would recommend paying a bit more in the hope the quality is better.

Great customer service, I was able to pick the pallet slats I wanted and I was trusted to load the amount i wanted and no one checked to see if i had miscounted......cheap prices and friendly faces.....excellent

I'm a domestic customer who needed 30 used pallets delivered and needed a supplier from whom I could order online and who could deliver. We received great service from the team at Associated Pallets who were extremely helpful.

Great service. Placed the order late on and got exactly what I ordered, delivered next day with no issues. Due to a few amendments when making the order their customer service was on the ball enough to contact us to confirm the changes and make sure everything was correct. Great products and great customer service. Will definitely use again should the need arise.

We bought some reconditioned pallets and let's just say they were a little rough round the edges. One in particular looked like it needed a bit more reconditioning! Their service was fine otherwise.

Prompt delivery and the pallets as describrd

The ordering procedure was on line so no face to face contact, the quality of the pallets as expected - the delivery was abominable ; the language of the delivery driver was both foul and abusive and also quite threatening - he refused to deliver the pallets on to the property and left them blocking the gate so we had to move them. The language was in front of not only female staff, but young children as delivery was to a children's nursery with large grounds,
