I’ve been in the makeup industry for a while now but recently ventured into nails and knew I wanted to start with the correct tools. I came across NAVY and never ordered so quickly! There whole brand is on another level, the scent, the tools, everything! I also love the background of the brand and how Rebecca started Navy. I hope to order more products in the future!

Been using navy for my full nail career, they go above and beyond to give you the highest quality! ( down to the packaging) currently reusing my navy candle as a jar for my cuticle & brow balms, works a great if you haven’t tried it you need to!

Imperfections in the titanium coating. They advertise perfect items and then send you items which are less than perfect. Be warned, because they try to STEAL your money by saying once you open the box it is not refundable. But how can you possibly know the item is flawed unless you open the box? Ps - The box is fully sealed so you can’t see inside. I wouldn’t usually write a review - but there’s no doubt there items are expensive and for the price point you would expect nothing other than perfect. If you’ve already been trapped by their dodgey refund policy contact your bank or credit card company. If the items you’ve been sent are not as described - you may be eligible for a claim and your money back. Just because they are a small business doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be held accountable. I wish I could send a picture of the cuticle clipper (Helen) that I received! I wanted to cry because i got conned into thinking the finish would be flawless! See my profile pic for picture of the item I received. My advice just stick to the trustworthy OPI brand or a really good find on Amazon! Do not waste your money!

Unreal products. Yes they’re pricey but you get what you pay for. The results from using these have been absolutely incomparable to anything else on the market!

Great products. The nail clippers, especially, were a joy to use. One minor issue: The nail clipper is already cosmetically damaged out of the box: specifically, the part of the lever below the pin where it comes in contact with the round protrusion on the upper clipper. The plating in that area has already worn off... not sure why, because it hasn't been used. Anyway, I'm thinking of ordering the super fine nips now that they're no longer on pre-order. Mainly subtracting a star because of customer service. What a lot of (small) businesses don't realise is that commanding a premium price for their products means they are expected to provide exceptional customer support. More so if they're also targeting professionals — which I'm not, by the way — but B2B by nature also requires a more engaged level of customer support. Order placed on 4 Jan. I bought GBP300+ worth of items. None of my products were on a preorder basis and I selected the fastest shipping possible. They were also back from the holidays, so it's no longer a "seasonal period". I messaged them on 9 Jan re: my order. But also called the following morning. Then they finally revealed the reason for the delay: they were waiting on ONE single item to arrive from their manufacturer before shipping. Anyway, I told them fine... but I would maybe consider cancelling the following week if the order doesn't arrive by then. At which point I think the lady on the other line panicked and offered to ship the rest of my products right away. Although I managed to talk to them on the phone, my email remained unanswered/unacknowledged. Areas to improve: 1. Proactively communicate delays. Don't wait for customers to contact you. 2. Strive to communicate to your customers across different channels. I get that the email was now a duplicate of the issue I raised. Premium customer support means that you still address it to acknowledge that you've had a call with me. I don't think being a "small" business is an excuse, because there are PLENTY of small businesses out there that do better. (Culturally, just look at how small business in Japan do business.) It's really just a matter of how you prioritise and invest time/resources within your business. And if you can't/don't want to provide some competitive level of customer support, you might want to reconsider your pricing strategy and positioning.

I’ve emailed several times, regarding my order, spoke to Alexandra and was advised to email the company, however I’ve had no response from them whatsoever. Disappointed with the service and with the curlers , they are cheaply made not of the standard of their other products. Hi I have re sent the emails, these have definitely been sent to the correct email address I’ve double checked, and they are from my other email address as that’s the email address used when placing the order, dolledup one order number NPRO1025660

Love all of the products from navy! The smell is amazing and they really do work. My clients also love the cuticle balm. Customer service is perfect & postage always super quick! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

As a lover of all things Navy I was so excited to visit Navy Farm for a wreath workshop. It totally exceeded my expectations. Beautiful food, attentive hospitality and an intimate and fun experience learning wreath making. The farm is breathtaking and we met Rebecca who epitomises Navy with her warmth, friendliness and professionalism. I booked as soon as the event was launched and some of my friends missed out - book quickly next year when you see the events advertised!

What a lovely company! It’s not very often you come across a company so easily contactable & willing to help. I’m afraid I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who dealt with my issue but I think it was “Dave” “David” or “Daniel”. Anyway he was lovely, very helpful and helped to get my issue resolved same day! Which was totally nothing to do with Navy but more to do with a silly post man! Thank you - P.S. I received my first tools today & I absolutely love them. Will 100% be buying again.

I had an amazing experience as I had a specific time limit (within expected delivery estimates) to receive products as they were travelling with a friend to me. Customer team was very responsive and helped me make sure everything I ordered arrived on time and together. Products are looking amazing and feeling great! Can’t wait to put them to the test!!!

Products are fine but service not good. I paid a very high price for next day delivery considering the tiny 15g product. I placed the order on 17th and my order was dispatched on Wednesday 19 April however didn’t arrive Thursday. It arrived on Friday 21st and has a 48 hour stamp which isn’t what I paid for. I’ve emailed 3 times, messages on instagram and also Facebook but seem to be getting ignored. #NP890310

I have been using my nail tools by Navy for a few years now and absolutely love them, the quality, the packaging, everything about this company. I have purchased 5 nails tools and have just received the weekly planner and I am in love! They have thought about so much, not only is it stunning it’s going to help me with my business with organisation and motivation so much. Thank you x

First discovered Navy cuticle balm via my gel nail therapist. I leave one in my car and one in my handbag....I lost the one in my car..due to my daughter liking it sooo much lol. As a retired NHS worker, I am now so happy at being able to have gel nails and regular nail treatments. I have never used a product that brings life back into my hands and cuticles the way the Navy products do. Yorkshire based too! Couldn't get any better...Thank you Navy team for a seamless ordering process and quick delivery 5🌟

Must have brand in the beauty industry Navy tools are by far the best tools I have ever used, these are a must for every therapist. Navy Cuticle and hand balm are just pure luxury, every manicure should end with these. Fantastic customer service and always answered any questions. I am looking forward to add to my collection.

In response to Navy’s response. Like other people have stated on their reviews, their customer service is shocking. The emails I received were rude, condescending and mocking my complaint. They did nothing to resolve the issue but blame Royal Mail when I purchased from Navy so they should be responsible for how my products arrived. And if they arrive saturated to the point there’s a puddle, it isn’t “slightly wet”. They were meant to be hygiene wipes? What’s hygiene about it being left in the rain and soaked? Claiming I asked for it to be left in a safe place when I was in the house. “Ohh Hannah it is emails like that which remind me of what an awful world we do live in. I hope you have a good evening and that your box manages to dry out by the morning“ how professional! When I spent my hard earned money supporting their business. Avoid at all costs and buy from a company that respects your custom and has good customer service. Worst I’ve experienced. Laughable that their name is Navy “professional” when their customer service is far from it.
