United Kingdom | 24 September 2020Whilst the company’s branding and packaging when they send the items your order out is lovely and the products (when received) are great. Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my order nearly 6 months on. If orders can’t be fulfilled I think that they shouldn’t be taken. I’ve had no personal email explaining the whereabouts of my order just generic ones. When your spending so much money I think I little better communication. I’d be very surprised if there’s any gesture of a complimentary gift for the ridiculous wait too! All of which you would kind of expect from a company of this calibre. Maybe more time spent on customer service and not so much on social media?
