Great service; knowledgeable, polite and prompt. Good range of stock and prices. Nice to receive a hand-written thank you note with the order - recognizes that people have a choice. Sure, I could probably save a few pennies on the price and shipping with Amazon but then I can't ring them up and ask for advice from someone who knows what they're talking about and cares about customer service!

It works really well. It’s heavy so don’t drop it on your foot. I bought it because the aluminum grinder always ceased up after two or three grindings. So we are now happy grinders instead of frustrated ones.
