United Kingdom | 25 March 2025We were given a leaflet by our vets after our cat died due to being ran over. We ordered an urn and requested a flipping of his fur and his paw print. We received the urn and no fur clipping or paw print, luckily the vets had the fur clipping in their safe so we were able to collect that however, they are unable to tell us if the paw print has been completed and where it is. This devastating experience of loosing our beloved pet so suddenly has now had the extra devastation of not receiving another piece of him, the main piece we wanted. The vets themselves were extremely apologetic and have said they will be chasing the company to discover where the paw print is. However, we are now worried that the paw print won’t even be our beloved cat as they have shown how careless they can be.

United Kingdom | 25 February 2025Our precious Toby passed away in his sleep, he was only 5, (lymphoma). We were devastated our boy had gone, rather than take him back to the vet, I arranged online with Procare cremations to pick up our boy, cremate him on his own and return the ashes to me in an oak box. The pick up was prompt and the driver very caring, explained the whole process and took the time to let us say our goodbyes. The pick up was very respectful and Toby was handled with care. We were kept informed throughout the process and advised when Toby was being cremated and when the process was complete. We were advised of a two hour slot when he would be delivered back home and a lovely lady delivered Toby, in a nice bag, a card of condolence and a candle. Very thoughtful. The whole process was easy and efficient and helped to take the pain of loss away from losing our boy. RIP Toby 14/2/25. Would recommend (Cheshire/warrington/Liverpool area)

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025I had the privilege of using PCS Surrey for the cremation of my precious cat Phoebe, and I can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, their service was incredibly caring and professional. They went above and beyond by creating beautiful paw prints of Phoebe, which was a lovely, unexpected touch. When she was returned, she came back in a beautiful presentation box and bag, which really showed how much they care about honoring our pets. It was such a comforting experience during such a difficult time. Thank you, PCS Surrey, for treating Phoebe with such kindness and respect.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025We lost our beloved elderly cat, Wesley. He was 18 years old and after a visit to the vet, it was agreed that he should be euthanised. Pet Cremations were amazingly kind and helpful. He came back to us beautifully presented. I wear some of his Ashes around my neck so he will always be with me. Thank you Pet Cremations.

United Kingdom | 20 January 2025I have bought three of my pets here. The overall service is ok. My only advice is that you should not respond to emails with ’Good Morning’ and ’look forward to hearing from you’. Not sure why anyone would think it’s a good morning for someone who has just lost their pet.

United Kingdom | 17 January 2025My beautiful baby girl has been laid to rest and I can not thank Gemma at the Leyland branch enough. When arriving to see her for the final time, she look so peaceful and comfortable despite her having a nose bleed through being moved. Gemma was so kind in her approach and really just want to say thank you for looking after my precious baby girl who is deeply missed.

United Kingdom | 17 January 2025What an amazing service. We lost our dog Monty just before Christmas and Phoenix Pet Cremations were absolutely amazing. We arranged their service via Cloud 9 vets. On the day we had our Monty put to sleep, Gary from Phoenix arrived and was so caring and explained that there was no rush for us to say our goodbye. He explained how he was taking our Monty to a lovely place with open fields and beautiful surroundings. He made sure that Monty was put into a travel bed and made comfortable - this was so reassuring and we had no doubt that he would be taken care of on his last journey. Two days later I received a message to say that Monty's ashes were ready for collection. We travelled to pick these up and I can truly say that Gary was not wrong. The open fields and surrounding area was absolutely amazing. Monty's ashes were given to us in a sealed scatter tube and the paw prints in clay were worth every penny. We could not say thank you enough to Phoenix Pet Cremations for the service they provided.

United Kingdom | 25 October 2024Please use another company if you want excellent customer service and care and a company that actually shows some compassion! We were given a leaflet when our beloved dog passed away by the Blue Cross. It came as a shock that our beloved dog had to be put to sleep and when we were given this leaflet we just thought it would be a good caring company....I should of gone with my gut feeling the first time I made contact via telephone to the company! The woman who answered the call was cold and didn't even say "sorry for you lose" or any kind words, then when it come to making the payment she told me that the card machine was not working so she'll call me back when the other one was not being used....well 45 minutes passed and no return call and I was worried that she had not taken my mobile number correctly maybe so I called back. No sorry I hadn't called just laughed and said she'd get the card machine, no confirmation sent via texted or email to let me know my order and payment had been successful nothing! I should of cancelled them there and then but we were all so much in shock and upset we didn't. I should of looked a reviews but again I was not thinking, if I would of seen the reviews I defintely would of cancelled my order. Anyway it came to the day of our beloved dog being returned to us at our instructed/chosen place which was Merton Blue Cross. I called around 10.30 as wanted to double check everything was ok and the woman said "well we don't normal let our clients know until the driver is back at our depot but they always return pets early morning so she should be there now" so I told my father who was still really heartbroken that our dog would be ready to collect, then half our later the woman from PCS called me and said there has been a mix up and our dog had gone to Blue Cross in London as there delivery driver couldn't get in the gate at Merton Blue Cross not even a SORRY or nothing didn't care! I said there is no way we could get up to London, she said she will try and get blue cross in London to deliver our beloved dog back to Morden blue cross as some point had a no care action!......she didn't even call me back which is no surprise as this company never does! I had to keep calling to chase. She she she would call me when it was sorted out but yet again I had to chase to find out what was going on as I had already been on the phone to Blue Cross myself to see if PCS has actually done anything and they told me she was on the way back to Morden! PCS hadn't even called me back to let me know! Finally our dog was indeed delivered to the RIGHT place. I called PCS when our dog was picked up and asked for someone to call me to discuss the complaint proceedure and she abruptly said that someone would call me back and i asked "what today?" she said yes but surprise surprise that call has never came and its now Friday the 25th of October hence why I am giving feedback to people thinking of using these soul less company!

United Kingdom | 22 July 2024My little Helen went to sleep last week and Phoenix were professional and compassionate at an extremely sad and traumatic time. I didn't deal with Phoenix direct on the telephone as Cloud 9 Vets organised everything for me. Gary came to my flat and he was kind and caring and reassuring at a very sad time. I would highly recommend Phoenix. Helen had an individual cremation. Her little casket is beautiful with her name on it. Olive

United Kingdom | 13 July 2024Used this company through the vets after our dog sadly passed away. From their brochure We chose the small heart keepsake for her ashes, any additional ashes come in a scatter cushion (it states) We received this beautifully wrapped in a box, only to open it to find the heart was not the one we had chosen and the worse part was it looked like it had been kicked round a field. The heart was scratched and scuffed!! Already heartbroken this was so upsetting. We called the vets straight away who took her back to sort out and said would be another two weeks before we could bring her home again!! PCS told the vet she wouldn’t fit in the small heart so they made decision to put her in a different one without any discussion with us!! And place her in a disgusting damaged one… !!! We chose to take her ashes back home in a box from the vet and purchased a beautiful urn on line (at half the price by the way )! They did refund the cost of the cremation and heart but no amount of money will heal the further heartache caused.
