EagleSaver provides quick payment for those items that it takes. It's a good option for if you are looking to sell CDs, DVDs, and games in addition to books. The only downside is they have a high minimum sellback amount of $20 which can be difficult to meet considering items average $0.50 each.

In a buyback order, they deducted an $11 book that they claimed was not in the box (missing). I have sold many many buybacks and placed the books in the box myself so I know it was there. I contacted Eagle and told them this and asked them to review their inventory because I know they would find it there. They responded back rudely and said they would review this matter and get back to me in 5-8 business days. It has been 2 months and I have never heard back about this matter. I know the book was in the box - they just took my book without paying.

This was my first time using EagleSaver and it was an easy and hassle-free process. Although quite a few of my items didn’t meet the criteria and needed to be sent back, they were very detailed in their emails and communicative with me regarding my pay out and rejected items. The website works fine, but the app is slow when it comes to scanning items so that’s one issue I had with EagleSaver. Other than that, I had a good experience with them.
