Great service. App could use a little work. Make the keypad larger to facilitate entering numbers. Also, the scan function doesn't work, but if it did this would greatly improve the experience.

The AP made it easy to get a price quote per item so I could decide if I wanted to sell each item… I was surprised that I was able to sell a very wide variety of CDs and DVDs… although I haven’t received my check yet, I was updated that my shipment arrived and a check was coming. I’m not concerned because everything has been professionally and above-board so far.

First and foremost I want to say great job. My only problem was scanning QR code on my PlayStation games and my music cds. As for all other experiences you’re doing a great job and I recommend the 10+ and I will be back.

This was my first time using Eaglesaver, but I found the whole experience of selling some unwanted cds to be user-friendly, efficient and satisfying. The only frustrating thing was that often, when I canned a cd that appeared to have a valid UPC code, it started processing and then just stopped for no apparent reason. I suppose it was just not a cd that was in their database?

I liked the fact they would purchase my dvds and games when others would not. My issue with them was when I tried to contact them to change how I would receive payment. I called multiple times and when I emailed them they did not reply for days. They ended up using wrong payment method after several attempts to contact them.

The whole process was seamless and I received the check promptly.

Actually zero stars, they quoted me a higher price at first & then a lower one once received. But, the worst is I never got the check they said they sent. I emailed them a few times about not receiving the check & then the emails started bouncing back saying something wrong with their server. Total SCAM!! Regarding the response: you didn’t even address the missing check!!! I never got paid for what you did accept nor did you send me an email about reclaiming my products! Like I said…TOTAL SCAM!!

Which I prefer because it documents our interactions and everything is very clear. The process for shipping was very easy. You just need a printer and to be vigilant of your emails. Shipping easy Inspection fast and super fair

I requested the return of a CD that eaglesaver deemed defective. Maybe they damaged it. I never got it back. Update. I did receive my CD after a considerable wait so I've added 2 stars. I closely inspect my CD's before shipping them for sale. It's curious to me that the highest priced CD was the damaged one. I'm just saying.

Eaglesaver made it very easy to sell my unwanted dvd's and cd's. The buy back prices were fair and payment was made very quickly. I would recommend this company to be first choice when selling items they accept. I will definitely use them again.

End result OK Scanning in titles with your app is a real pain. Have your tech guys look at how Decluttr scan in works. Much easier and FASTER!

All the videos I sent had hardly been used. A-holes wouldn't take them. They didn't want to pay out the money. GREEDY FERENGI !!!!!

My experience with eaglesaver.com was amazing. Simply amazing quick and easy, prompt and courteous. Don’t bother calling you’re not going to get through, but they are there at the other end. Trust me they came through and only a few of my products didn’t meet their grade of conditioning, but I would say 98% did and I was paid probably within 24 hours of receiving my package. I think you and will continue doing business in the future.

Great experience all around; definitely recommend. Accepted most of my DVDs when I checked the ISBN and upon arrival - definitely above board. Can't say the same for the other website I tried, which for that site I give two thumbs down.
