Sent emails, many phone calls and still have not heard back. This is unacceptable for providing good customer relations. So, Fed Ex shows delivery of order, but eaglesaver site shows still waiting..and so am I.

Your company doesn't return emails or phone calls except when they feel like it and when the customer feels will never receive one. I know from looking at them the disks sent in, especiallly a complete series of Dexter was not scratched but your company is saying it was. Your company either has some employees they may want to retrain or maybe fire for dishonest practices. The order also sat at your warehouse for days before even received in. I had what seemesd like all the higher paying dvd's removed from the payment. I b think your company rips off the customers and has bad customer service practices purposely to deter and frustrate the customers from following up with anything.

Process to identify DVD value and shipping was easy and pain free. Only downside would be that the average of the DVD value must be .50 which does leave me with quite a few DVD's that can't be sold. Overall, very good site for selling DVD's.

It's nice to trade in no longer useful stuff and get money for it, but my order took over a week after being delivered to be checked thru, so -1 pt.

I'm mad that I can't give 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! Every single thing about the process was off of what I was told. I was paid half of what I was quoted supposedly for cds with excessive wear only to get them back and they literally have no wear no scratches nothing they were in great condition. I believe this place is just burning cds and then not buying them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything EVERRR!!!! 0 STARS!!!

It was so easy! And they stuck to their price quote. Scan your DVDs, pack them, use their shipping label, and off they went. Super easy.

EagleSaver.com issued me a check that two different Chase branches in Los Angeles County, CA will not cash because the amount on the check did not match the amount in the bank's records. So far all my communications with EagleSaver regarding this matter have been given the royal run-around.

There's ZERO communication. Don't have questions because they will never answer them. They do as they wish. I have to file complaints with the BBB and FTC just to get my stuff back. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. SCAM ARTISTS!!! When given the list of items to be returned, I stated that I didn't wish to accept their offer and asked for the entirety of my items shipped back and payment to be halted. As I stated earlier they do as they wish and it takes a week or more if they ever reply. SO YES, THEY'RE THE EPITOME OF SCAM ARTISTS. It's ok I filed my complaints already. BBB score of F and 1 🌟. Get a CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER! After receiving my so called heavily damaged items, I found out of the 13(heavily damaged) items, 1 DVD and 2 CD's had ZERO scratches, abrasions or blemishes. To be fair the other 10 did have some heavy wear but nothing that'd prevent them from playing without skipping. I checked every one before I shipped them. This is what happens when you refuse to communicate to your customers. By ignoring the customer they can manipulate the transaction anyway they see fit to increase their profits and lower the quote they give you!
