Only got 1/3 of what I was quoted for

A great service....makes it easy to find out if there is value in your DVD's and CD's and the payment was prompt!

The App is pretty slow and scanning somewhat difficult. The rest is great!

Got an email stating there were missing movies, when I checked to see which ones, I know they were in there, and funny they just happen to be the ones that were a bit more than the others. I am sorry what a scam, because I went through and made sure all they accepted were in the box.

Not worth all the effort. Spent great deal of time logging in items for consideration, packaging and mailing only to have many items rejected once received. All of this when you are only receiving pennies for many of the items.

Very easy process to input dvds and a substantially better price offered compared to other online dvd resellers

The app can be a bit slow and would go off and on but it does get the job done. The entire process was quite easy. Scan or type in the sku and get a price quote. note if no sku you cannot add just by title. Then add to your sell list or not. I was surprised at some DVDs that had a much higher value than I thought. I finished the process, accepted eagle savers offer, printed out my FedEx label and paperwork. note it was easier to complete my order on my laptop. Boxed up my order and dropped it off at fedex. My only complaint is it took 4 more days to get paid than quoted but that's acceptable. It would be more helpful for the account page to acknowledge receipt of goods when it reaches their warehouse. I would do business with them again.

Very easy to use and helped me sell things that I've had sitting onto he shelf forever. I was so grateful for the communication as well

From Seller side: All was great except after I shipped the order, I never received an email or anything acknowledging shipment or receipt of it. I had to email ES to ask for status after only seeing "awaiting shipment" on my account for 2 weeks. They responded to my email within 2 days saying they received it and payment was coming (so that was good). So ES just needs to communicate a little better and send an email to sellers when order is received with a payment ETA.

Barely pays.

When I realized I could not easily discard of all the CD disks my husband and I had accumulated, I was so happy to find EagleSaver.com. The process was easy and I made a little money as well as safely disposing of the many CD's we had.

The process was easy to follow. Payment was prompt.

Eaglesaver pays a fair price and has quick turn around of the products I send them. I get paid fast. I wish the scanning app was more user friendly.

Well the app worked well in scanning and loading. I accepted the quote and mailed the product, as soon as they got it and checked it all to make sure it was as I said I was sending they send the payment.

It was a breeze and I sent a large order.

The company did purchase all of the movies that they said they would, and for the amount of money that they said they would. I received the check in a timely manner. My biggest issue is with the app! It takes too long for the scanner to scan the UPC, then it takes too long for it to find the movie and list the purchase price. There were a lot of UPC codes that I had to type in because the scanner couldn't read them (but a competitor's app read them just fine). Sometimes the app couldn't find the movie based on the UPC. And worst yet, I went through and scanned around 100 items. When I hit continue they ALL DISAPPEARED! I had to re-scan...!!!

They were fair and honest with me. I know they processed my shipment as quick as possible. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you
