Awesome way to unload my old CDs and DVDs! They offered more than other places I looked into. The shipping is easy and the money gets to your account in very timely manner. They even return the stuff that’s too worn - for free! I’ve traded and sold thru many outlets and avenues and this way the most efficient!

First time using them. They did exactly what they promised. Fast processing and quick payment as quoted. I would try them again.

It takes forever to find a price with barcode or manual entry. And some items give price but can't put in cart because of call support request. They never respond. I even sent few with a note on their quote but they just kept the Dvds and never gave the money for them. Also it takes so long to get $20 to send in, that the price will reset lower and screw you over. Pro: they pay better than decluttr.

I sent them a Law and Order 20 Season Boxset, instead of paying for it they claimed it wasn't authentic, even though it was bought a Barnes and Noble and they NEVER sent it back or even answered any of my emails. STAY AWAY

I have been amazed with EagleSaver. I sent pre-paid boxes of MANY DVD sets and single series since many have accumulated over the last couple of decades. So far (and with more boxes of DVDs coming their way) this has been a pleasant and seamless process. No headaches which is what I wanted in cleaning out my collection. I can watch the progress from "box received" to "payment made" in some cases inside of two hours albeit it is generally a 24 hour turnaround. EagleSaver was easy to find when looking them up through a Google search, the website was easy to maneuver around to create an order to send back DVDs (entering UPC #s and finishing order process) and payment was a quick turnaround once the DVDs were received by the office. I recommend using this company for selling DVDs for some cash as well as keeping trash out of the ground. One item they can improve on is allowing for UPCs to be scanned in using a phone vs having to hand key the in. That’s the only improvement I can suggest.
