You sent me a list of dvds you didn’t except. This was totally wrong. There was nothing wrong with any of my dvds. I had them all cleaned. I sent my other dvds to another company based on what I read about your company. It was true what the reviews said. All my other dvds were accepted by the other company with no discrepancies. I will not be using this company ever again.

Price quoted me $122.56 and sent me $109.37 through paypal claiming an item was missing (out of my 22 items sent) which it was not. This item was The Beatles: Now and Then vinyl and I had sent two of them brand new never opened. So for some reason one was marked as missing and another was marked as an extra item. The third cd had a missing case so I understand taking money off for that but the other two made zero sense. They did allow me to get back the items they didn't keep by giving "free shipping" but somehow I think that shipping came out of my payout... UPDATE/EDIT: On June 2nd, 2024, Eaglesaver sent me $12.68 as an additional payment to my original payment of $109.37. Because of this action I will make my 1 star review into a 4 star for them listening to my feedback and giving me the money for the 2 albums that had their cases. I honestly didn't think this would happen but I am thankful they listen to customers.

in general my experience has been very good. My only real complaint is the numerous UPC numbers that are not included or that an item is listed incorrectly as a Book or a CD when I have entered a UPC code for a movie. It can be frustrating, but I do appreciate the fact that the window for generating a sell order has been greatly expanded allowing one more time to put an order together when dealing with a large order. I would rate Eagle Saver a 9 out of 10. I would add I have no problems with payments and appreciate the free shipping.
