Good price / good service. Some slabs were broken upon delivery but replaced quickly and without issue.

Everything that was ordered arrived without breakages and within a few days of ordering. I received a 5% discount using mu Blue Light card and so was happy with the price. The pavers look really good but not got them laid as yet.

Very pleased with all aspects of Simply Paving, a good website with clear information. Delivery of my sandstone slabs was on the day asked for and the delivery driver was very helpful, dropping the two pallets in a good and safe location. While moving the slabs into my garden I discovered two broken slabs. I called, took photos and the replacements arrived within three days so no delay in starting my project. The staff on the phone when advice was needed were very helpful and the price competitive with other sources. I would highly recommend for your patio.

Good Service

Easy ordering of selected slabs. Unfortunately the slabs weren't packaged well enough, so some were broken by the carrier on delivery. Simply Slabs however addressed the problem quickly and sent replacement slabs. So 5 stars for Customer Service but 4 stars due to the issues caused by packaging.

Good price, friendly service, fast delivery. The website area calculator was very helpful, although I did end up with quite a few spare pavers - better than too few.

Stones were, apparently, damaged in transit, i was told they were scuff marks, it looked like the pallet had been packed by hand before it got to me,I asked for replacement pallet, was refused, and told to clean everyone recheck and load damaged ones back onto the pallet, secure, take a photo as proof they were there, and leave outside on a busy road, for 3 day until they were collected, that changed to one day when I mentioned it on my first review, wouldn't recommend, poor customer service and product delivered in a poor condition Hi, I can leave the damaged ones in the front garden, not on a pallet, i can't leave any pallet outside in the street, it is a main road and would present a danger to pedestrians, especially if left overnight. Price and advice, badly let down by delivery company

I have used several times now. Last purchase they were incredibly helpful with great communication, problem resolution and friendly. 1st class company and highly recommend. Shall be placing next order next week if I get the go ahead!

Order process and delivery was ok - unfortunately the manufacturer short shipped by 5 paving slabs (and these were massive so someone couldn’t count!). However Simply Paving got it sorted and got them to deliver the shortfall a couple of days later. That’s not their fault so still giving them 5* and would use them again.

The slabs arrived in a few days when expected, they were all in good condition and well packed on pallets.

Very easy to use the website , clear instructions and very speedy delivery.

Excellent company. Prompt delivery and fast action to remedy small issue of a few damaged slabs with no hassle or argument. Would definitely recommend and use again. Exceptional customer service.
