I was told by Natalie my order would be with me last week defiantly as i ordered the week before, delivery was set for Friday with eta of 5pm. I waited onsite till 6.30 with 4 guys i paid to stay late to finish the job. with no sign of delivery and no phone call to explain the situation. Still haven't had a call yet. Disgusting service, do not use simply paving or pallet-ways as a courier. Cant even let there clients know whats happening, i will be leaving many bad reviews until i get my delivery and am refunded for my lost time.

Good value products. Delivered before due date. Had a problem with a faulty slab which took 4 attempts to get the correct one replaced but excellent customer service all the way through

I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. Any questions were answered promptly and staff very helpful. Was able to order and then arrange an exact day of delivery. The delivery company kept me well informed and was punctual and put my slabs exactly where I wanted them. Very pleased with the quality of the product and it has given me a great result.

Excellent service. One pallet arrived damaged but this was quickly sorted out with replacement slabs .
