By sending photographs to Simply Paving, I had excellent help in selecting pavers to extend and match an existing paved area. After choosing, the slabs were delivered very promptly and matched perfectly. As sometimes can happen, three slabs were damaged in transit. After advising Simply Paving, the damaged items were replaced within days. Many thanks to Deborah for all the friendly help and advice provided during the selection, ordering and replacement processes.

We recently ordered a patio set of Indian sandstone slabs to make a patio. The website was straightforward to navigate, with clear information to enable us to make a good choice. Ordering was straightforward and the slabs were good value for money. The delivery was made within three days by Palletways, and the driver was very careful and helpful as he offloaded the stones. The service and product was so good that we ordered a second consignment the following week; the price for the stones had dropped and we enjoyed the same prompt and considerate delivery by Palletways

The price and delivery was good, but the paving slabs had been split into 2 pallets from one, this causing 20/25 slabs being damaged to edges, this I assume was carried out at the delivery company. There where some slabs not all the same thickness and tapered making laying more difficult, but once all pointing was done they did not look to bad. I would use Simple Paving again.

Really helpful on the phone and with arranging an urgent delivery. All arrived as promised and in top condition. Exactly what you would want.

Very easy to use website. I ordered a set of slabs plus a palate of additional slabs for an extended patio. 1st palate arrived on time with the second the next day. Stones all of good quality with a great mix of colours. None were broken or damaged. Patio looks great. Would definitely recommend.

The products are ok, but the whole experience ruined by the delivery driver who dumped all the pallets on the street, yes on the street, not on the pavement or drive... Had to spend hours to carry them into my property after work. They know, they are selling heavy things get prepared to get delivered them.

Great price , easy ordering on website. Had a few cracked slabs and emailed simply paving they answered straight away and slabs were replaced with no problems. Delivery was quick and again no problems. We have ordered from simply paving before and would use again without a doubt. I would highly recommend and give 10 star rating if I could.
