Flowers arrived on time & I was v pleased with the service.

Flowers ordered from Canada. Totally wrong flowers delivered. Contacted customer service 6 times without single response. Will not be using this company again. No explanation, no response - worst customer service of any florist I have ever used. I think the ‘yes’ button (for help) below should be removed as this company obviously could care less about customer relations.

Flowers delivered on time and in bud. Only complaint being I e mailed the company to add a name to the message they said they would do this but when the flowers were delivered the name was not included.

Absolutely awful. Flowers sent as mothers day gift were a disgrace. Bouquet consisted of 2 roses, 5 carnations and a forest of greenery. Together with chocs and delivery this pathetc excuse for a bouquet cost £50. When phoning to complain we were met with an extremely rude and patronising man who could not be bothered to even listen to our concern. We decided to return the bouquet to his shop and he had the nerve to tell us that we must have removed some flowers! We eventually got another bouquet from him, but his attitude towards us was quite shameful. They need a course in Customer Service. Avoid this florist like the plague!

I have used Ferguson Flowers 3 time in the last 4weeks and each time they have exceeded both the recipients and my expectations. The flowers on each occasion have been beautiful. I would recommend their excellent service to anyone.

An expensive bouquet of flowers ordered (online from England) for mother’s day was delivered to the wrong house, not a next door neighbour but a random house 3 miles away. What was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mum was ruined as my dad had to go and pick the flowers up after they received a phone call from the lady who received the flowers. Not happy.

Nice flowers. Prompt delivery, but I thought the bouquet was “medium” sized, not a “large” for which I had paid to upgrade.

Even a little snow storm can’t stop them! I’m super last minute dot com, but these guys always deliver items that are unique and creatively put together, pieces that don’t make you look like you’ve forgot and just had something thrown together for the sake of it! Thank you... for always making what I order never look like a piece of ‘I forgot’ and I’ll probably never learn to be organised because they can always save the day!
