Well where do i start, all looked so good onthe lead up to valentines day. Booked with Ferguson Flowers on the 06th Feb on there advertised deal with the free chocolates. Didnt specify a time for delivery thinking it would be delivered within reason that day. That was about the highlight. Flowers arrived at 2050hrs on 14th, looked like they had been thrown toegther with left overs from that day and the chocolates box looked like it had been with 9 rounds with Mike Tyson. Ther girl who delivered them looked like she was given the task of delivering what she knew was not a well present and full of life flowers, didnt say anything about the delivery time and could wait to get back to the car. All in all totally unprofessional service needless to say expected alot better.

I ordered online and sent some flowers to a very good friend and she was really touched and moved not only by the thought but also by the flowers themselves. She proudly sent me a photo of them and I have to admit they were stunning. Sadly I couldnt smell them but she told me they were very fragrant - this in itself is unusual these days with so many forced flowers.

I live in Boston, MA and my girlfriend is studying at Queens University. Needless to say the last few months have been very difficult and I wanted to do something special for her even though I am 3,000 miles away. I emailed Ferguson and got a quick response from David Ferguson and he made this international ordering process very easy. And also helped me score points with the girlfriend.

tHE FLOWERS WERE ORDERED FOR MY PARTNER FOR VALENTINES DAY AND THEY WERE TO BE DELIVERED TO HER PLACE OF WORK.I WAITED TO ABOUT 2PM AND THE FLOWERS HADNT ARRIVED.I CALLED FERGUSONS FLOWERS ALL AFTER NOON WITH NO ANSWR.I SENT 3 EAILS WITH NO REPLY.I FINALY GOT THROUGH TO THEM AT 5.30PM ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WERE NOT ANSWERING HE PHONES AS IT WAS VERY BUSY.THEY DELIVERED HALF DOZEN RED ROSES AT 6.30PM.I HAD PAID OVER $50 FOR A DOZEN WHITE ROSES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY HAD SOLD OUT.I PLACED MY ORDER A WEEK IN ADVANCE.I FINALY GOT A BOQUET OF FLOWERS AT 07.30PM.IT WAS NOT WHAT I HAD ORDERED AND BECAUSE IT WAS SO LATE IT SPOILT VALENTINES DAY.I WILL NEVER USE FERGUSONS AGAIN.

I ordered late one morning, for same day delivery. Flowers were delivered within a couple of hours. Flowers looked great and lasted about ten days. Would definitely use this company again.
