Fantastic service, same day delivery offered, with a personalised video of arrangement and message so I could see what would be delivered,which was very full, and beautifully arranged. Delivery updates available with email and texts when it had arrived. Can't fault at all. Second order with company and it was the first place I would go to.

A measure of good customer service is not only when things go right, but when things go wrong. Mimosa Flowers responded very quickly when I realised that my order had not been received by them. They retrieved the situation, and went all out to deliver the order working into the evening. The flowers were terrific, and we will order from Mimosa Flowers again.

I originally ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary.I was so pleased with the overall service given by Mimosa; the presentation and quality of the bouquet that I ordered the same for my sister's birthday. I was sent a lovely photograph by email to myself in Australia of the flowers I had ordered for my mother . Unfortunately they did not arrive and no explanation was given . Very disappointed as they were extra special this year as I could not fly home due to a travel ban with covid.
