I just happened across this website by accident and decided to order a couple of things, even before delivery I ordered some extra personalised items as I wanted them for Christmas so timing could have been an issue but here we are just into December and I have everything I ordered, very easy website to manoeuvre around, very personalised service, they had a couple of questions regarding my order and contacted me to double check everything. I was extremely happy with my products and the treatment I received.

Nice sized box, I was expecting better quality as the wood on top is quite thin and the black wording is patchy

The boxes were nice but they arrived unwrapped just in a cardboard box and they both had black fingerprint marks on the side. Thank you for reply Bespoke gifts and yes the workman ship was not faulted or damaged I was just disappointed to see marks on them and yes a one star review was harsh , I also acknowledge your ethos regarding waste of packaging .I have purchased gifts in the past and will do so in the future with no issues. I appreciate you contacting me also .

The family tree was much nicer than expected. The only thing was the big box it came in I couldn't find half the stand until I was disposing of the box. Otherwise it was perfect
