Item still hasn't arrived weeks later, I did get one email but poor service. - I shouldn’t have to contact you, that’s kind of the point of ordering online. Everyone is experiencing some delays at present but weeks and weeks of delays are not ok when you’ve charged me fully upon ordering. Nothing personal, just reality of the situation, so my experience was poor, I’m sure others will have a different experience.
