Really good first experience with my Phomo order, would definitely recommend it!! We tried the summer rolls and Pho, all so fresh and tasty!! Customer service is as well very reactive.

Great products delivered very promptly, as promised.

I placed an order and they exchanged the meal protein without any contact with myself. Just a note in the box that they had changed the meal and hope we enjoyed it! Apparently my choice was out of stock. Ended up with a meal we did not want and the solution was to refund me a whole £3. I won’t be ordering again.

Lovely food to eat. The recipes though aren't easy to follow. We managed to work through the phő OKwith improvisation (nowhere did it say what to do with the beef lard) but summer rolls recipes ended up using broth so appears to be a copy and paste.

The Pho was Fresh, tasty and sooooo delicious! I would order again. I had the steak and the prawn and they we easy to make and very authentic.

The different products were extra fresh, well packed and the portions were more than enough for 1 serving for each item. Definitely recommend.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Phomo. I just love Pho and Instead of going out for a meal it’s an occasional weekend treat, delicious, easy to prepare and all in one box. Will definitely be having more through out the year!

V well packaged and fresh. Good flavours and healthy. A nice alternative to have.

The new Phomo Vietnamese Sate oil is sensational. It elevates the simplest piece of meat or fish, and enhances leafy vegetables - in particular Pak Choi, sweetheart cabbage and tender stem broccoli. A fabulous addition to the Phomo stable, and an absolute must have addition to any condiment shelf.

Very promptly delivered, packed very well to keep ingredients cool and fresh. It was a bit more complicated to cook than we though however having all ingredients needed there made the experience very enjoyable. Something they could do to improve is making the broth more tasteful

We love Pho restaurants but were very disappointed with the home delivery kit. Portion sizes are small (we supplemented with extra chicken, garnishes and pak choi). The broth, the main ingredient, was tasteless. We will not be ordering again.

The summer rolls and chicken skewers were delicious but we were disappointed with the depth of flavour in the pho.
