Everything arrived exactly on time. It’s well packaged and everything very fresh. Personally, I found the stock bases pretty tasteless - really lacked seasoning, which the lime did a bit to address but it needed fish sauce / salt / soy or something. So I found the experience disappointing, unfortunately.

The product I can agree were fresh and readily available. But for both the chicken & beef broth they tasted incredibly bland resulting in the full experience being bland.

I got introduced to PhoMo through social media marketing and decided to give it a go as I love Vietnamese food and the options they had came across as super authentic! Delivery was very speedy (ordered on a Saturday, delivery was on Tuesday in very sturdy yet eco-friendly packaging). There was a minor issue that I contacted customer service about and was immediately rectified - I would commend Daniya and her team for their customer service as much as for the food! One week later and we've tried four of their pho's and three of their starters/side dishes - we are still in awe of how GOOD this actually was. It's straightforward, it's fresh, it tastes absolutely delicious and the quality is stunning. If you love pho and you want to have it in the comfort of your own home, give this company a shot. It's perhaps one of the best 'online things' I have tried in a very, very long time.

Great concept, the ingredients are well packaged and fresh. I was very excited to be able to have pho at home. However, unfortunately there was no flavour in the beef broth. I had to add a lot of fish sauce to make it less bland. Sadly because the broth is the main component of pho I will have reservations in ordering this again.

Arrived on time, ingredients were fresh and plenty of spare in case one messes it up. Good big portions (in fact wasted some of the noodles :( ). It was delicious! Will order again!

The chicken Pho kit is so easy and quick to put together. The broth was full of aromatic flavour, the chicken tender, a good portion of noodles and plenty of fresh herbs and chilli that you can add to your own taste. Absolutely delicious and will definitely order again!

Really easy and delicious. I particularly love the bowls making this a keepsake as much as a dinner date!

Bought this for my parents. They loved the food, thought ingredients were high quality. The downside was they struggled initially with putting it together & making it due to having to go online/ download the app for the recipe. Would be easier to have that in the box

My husband and I love Vietnamese food, it's our favourite and the reason we spent 3 weeks touring Vietnam. This was our first time ordering from Phomo, we got the Pho Bo and lemongrass chicken skewers and everything was delicious and so easy to cook! The flavours were very authentic and reminded us of all the pho we ate while in Vietnam. The quality of the products sent out was excellent and it was package very well. We will happily be ordering from Phomo again!

I ordered 2x portions of the chicken pho but instead got a beef and a chicken. Also the individual packages should have better labelling, there is a pouch I have no idea what it is.

Amazing food! Absolutely love phomo, the food, service and story. The pho and summer rolls are so delicious, the freshest quality ingredients delivered straight to your door, minimal packaging used and simple to follow instructions. It's great fun and perfect for a special treat. Their customer service is exceptional and Daniya is is friendly and very professional. Can't wait for the next occasion as an excuse to order again! Decided to finally ordering Pho after following this page on Instagram for so long. Safe to say I wasn’t disappointed at all. We ordered the night in for 2, with beef & summer rolls Delivery - quick and fast, mine was delivered by DPD so wasn’t an issue. Packaging - I love the woollen insulation, and how everything was separated into the kits. (Summer roll garnishes were in their own packaging) which saved a lot of confusion. Only small down side would be that there was plastic used for this. Food - this was simply outstanding. We loved the preparation tools and instructions as it was very helpful! And it made our food so much better! The taste of the food was simply outstanding. The broth was absolutely unreal, full of flavour and really delicious. Everything went together so well and it tastes AUTHENTIC. definitely don’t normally get this with a home meal kit. Simply outstanding. Verdict- why didn’t I order this sooner. Well done to the team at Pho Mo for providing this
