Esto es pésimo, porque no hay ninguna certeza de que lo que reservas es lo que te vas a encontrar y menos de que vayan a responder por eso. Les he enviado 2 mensajes que no han contestado, con fecha 16 y 26 de mayo. Llegué al Generator Hostel, donde tenía mi reserva y me dijeron que tenía una reserva para dos camas en una pieza mixta de 8 personas. Yo reservé una pieza para dos personas solamente en la misma hostal y no de 8 huéspedes mixta. Esa noche tuve que quedarme ahí porque no encontré otro lugar disponible y no me pude comunicar con ellos porque estaba fuera de horario, pero al día siguiente me fui y les mande el primer mensaje. Hasta la fecha no han respondido mis mensajes, ni me han dado ninguna explicación y menos una solución. Pésimo, complicó mis vacaciones cuando estaban empezando y me hizo gastar mucho más dinero teniendo que encontrar alojamiento a última hora.

Ich habe im Februar über Elvoline ein Hotel auf Mallorca für Ende Mai gebucht. Bis heute, also nach dem Urlaub, habe ich keine Buchungsbestätigung mit dem notwendigen Voucher erhalten. Weil nach über 20 Emails keine Rückmeldung kam, musste ich ein neues Hotelzimmer buchen und bin auf den Kosten von über 600€ sitzengeblieben. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten über diesen Anbieter eine Reise zu buchen.

Sziasztok 😊 A szállás nagyon jó volt én úgy gondolom hogy itthon sem lehet ilyen jó áron foglalni . Minden tökéletesen működött csak átalakított kell vinni a konnektorba . Autó bérlés ajálot hisz a part 15-20 perc séta és a nagy melegbe nem az igazi . Mi csodálatosan éreztük magunkat kedves emberek és tiszta szálloda ami úgy néz ki mint egy lakó övezet .

Fabulous hotel! Staff were extremely friendly, courteous & accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Welcome drinks & snacks await you on arrival & we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea view room. Bedrooms are spacious & comfortable with a well stocked mini bar, coffee machine & tea/ coffee making facilities. There are several pools to choose from & the pool barman was very helpful, ( regrettably we didn’t get his name), sourcing requested drinks & even going to the main bar to make them while we had lunch. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful in providing a courtesy room for us to prepare for our late departure. The Hotel is just on the outskirts of Marbella & a short taxi ride away. I have stayed in Marbella many times & this hotel is a real gem. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Terrible customer service. Despite repeated A attempts to contact customer service staff for assistance with our booking, we received no reply whatsoever. As a result, we were financially impacted and unnecessarily stressed. Will never use again.

Wanted to cancel but no contact my mails will not be answered. I am not happy.

I had my doubts about this web because I read some bad reviews, but everything was ok. When I saw that my reservation was already made, I contacted the hotel and they reconfirmed that everything was fine.

We booked a hotel in Mexico (and paid for) and when we arrived there we were told that the reservation was made at another hotel. It is impossible to join the Elvoline group either by mail or by telephone even the international lines. Very disappointed, I do not recommend this site.

No complications. We just enjoyed our stay.
