Booking at Margaret River was all good Bit disappointing to have to pay upon booking when so many companies just require payment on arrival. Also suprised to have paid a foreign transaction fee when paying for an Australian hotel with Australian currency.

Good price for a very good hotel¡¡¡

We booked three rooms for Flemings hotel in Frankfurt through Elvoline.com. This works very well. Due to illness in one family I had to cancel one room. I tried many times ( ca 20)! -always unsuccessfully -to get in contact with customer service at Elvoline by phone. The call was always interrupted by Elvoline after approx. 10 seconds! In addition to that I sent an email to cancel the room. No reaction at all! Two days before we stayed in Frankfurt I finally got a phone connection to the Elvoline customer service. The response: Too late to cancel the room. The cancellation period was over!!!

No issues here - I was a little concerned after reading some dodgy reviews but it all worked out perfectly for us. I did check in with the hotel x 2 prior to our arrival just to be on the safe side and luckily all was fine. So - yes! Go for it :)

Buonasera, riguardo alla sistemazione in hotel niente da dire, ma purtroppo in fase di acquisto, mi sono visto fare doppio addebito , quindi doppia prenotazione per la stessa camera , stesse date e stesso nominativo. Avendo contattato l'assistenza mi sono visto rispondere che erano state fatte 2 prenotazioni ( non rimborsabili ) e me le dovevo tenere. distinti saluti

Excellent service good value hotel. Perfect position.the only thing preventing 5 stars is we did not know entry to 5he spa and pool was extra it might have been nice to have a quote for this option
