Italiana Hotel is a made up 4 star. Except the breakfast part, almost all the other things were bad. The internet was pathetic and room lighting was worse. Please have a look about the hotel condition before you post in your website. These sort of turnoffs would really make me sceptical to book through elvoline.com next time as the credibility is somewhere lost. Thanks

Highly recommend this website. We booked an apartment at Lagoon 1770 at cheapest rates we could find during busy Easter time. No problem with the booking and smooth check-in. We would definitely use it again.

I must say that i feel very disappointed that my complaint was not acknowledged or registered during my stay at the Paris Pullman hotel. I spoke to reception on 2 separate occasions ...once to Jeff and once to the manager...It seems like there is a big communication issue and this gives us no reassurance of being listened to by the person who is responding to these posts or by the actual hotel...Makes me think that getting my finance was taking priority in this situation.

This wasn't a company I'd used before so I was a little sceptical but everything went smooth & was great. Excellent price too.

Basic clean modern room right next to the pleasure beach. Wasn't too noisy although a little shouting going on outside in the early hours. Would stay here again.
