This is simply a place for sleeping only. I spent six nights here with my family and would have moved out if my reservation was refundable. Perhaps Elvoline knew that and that was why the only option they provided for this hotel was a non-refundable option. There is no fridge, no microwave, only one electrical receptacle in the sleep area so you may have to carry an electrical extension cord. Had to pay for wifi that does not allow you to switch machines. My room was only cleaned after the 4th day and I run out of toilet paper even though I had asked for cleaning on 3rd day. If you need a place to just lay your head, then this might be it. if you need a real hotel where you might stay in the room outside of just sleeping, this is not recommended.

No problems, No fuss

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel as the staff made it very special. The hotel was clean and tidy, well maintained. The staff were amazing especially Rhiannon, Suzzana, Denise who were very helpful regardless of my demands. The night porters were also very friendly and helpful too (Bob and Jo). It makes a big difference when the staff are helpful, friendly and polite. They all went that extra mile. I will definitely be visiting again

Nice location,nice activities for kids and adults.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures and the tv didn’t have cable or any channels good thing the boy brought the PlayStation and there was dirty towels hanging up with the clean ones not very clean in are room

За три месяца забронировала отель Ali baba palase в Хургада. В середине февраля заехала в отель уточнить есть ли я. Оказалось нет. Списалась с оператором успокоились. За 3 дня до заезда уточнила в отеле: бронь есть заезжаю с вещами- деньги не перевели. Весь день 30 марта просидела на ресепшене:писала звонила КИНУЛИ!!! Подумайте и купите у других..

Great place to stay, surrounded by nice hotels, and nice location. It's value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are bigger and with nice views. We loved our stay for a week in this hotel and very convenient to travel around Hong Kong.
