Italy | 19 March 2019Prenotazione per family room (4 pax), arrivati in albergo in nottata l’amara sorpresa = prenotazione solo per una stanza doppia e non familiare!!!! Chiamato il call center, nessuna assistenza ricevuta se non le scuse per l’errore. Soluzione trovata grazie al manager dell’albergo che capondo la situazione ha acconsentito alla modifica della prenotazione senza costi aggiuntivi. Esperienza pessima, sito che vende a prezzi che sembrano vantaggiosi ma che in realtà nascondono comportamenti commerciali scorretti, o peggio, fraudolenti.
