I booked a room for a client on Elvoline and when I called the hotel directly to ask a question about something, there was no booking in their system. They would not accept a guest without a booking, unless the guest paid again for a new booking. The client was from out of town, and I didn't want him to have any problems, so I booked at a completely different hotel. I am not at all pleased. I will never use this website again.

Very disappointed to get to my hotel and find they were overbooked and didn't have a room for me. It was very difficult to get in touch with your company to find an alternative hotel. The entire process was stressful and frustrating.

Everything was OK except that I found bedbugs in the bed so that was a disaster. I had a to be very careful washing all my clothes In high temperature when I came home. All my clothes in suitcases because ot this. Regards Eva Bessing
