Everything is fine

Nos cobraron el IVA del hospedaje de Argentina en Puerto Iguazú, cuándo no correspondía, ya que para extranjeros no se cobra y ELVOLINE cargo el valor por el valor total del hospedaje a mi tarjeta de crédito, incluyendo el IVA, a lo cual el Hotel no nos pudo hacer el descuento del IVA.

We were very pleased with the accommodation and there was a good variety of items for breakfast. Our party had booked several rooms and we were able to have some of these before the official check-in time as we were attending a wedding. The staff were very helpful, especially when there were issues with another booking agent.

El hotel Dazzler Polo es muy confortable, seguro, bien ubicado. Las habitaciones limpias y amplias. Si bien no tiene estacionamiento, lo hay al lado y también en los alrededores. El trato personal es correcto. El desayuno acorde a la categoría del hotel.

The people working at the hotel are nice and helpful. The hotel is small and cramped and not worth the price class. Breakfast is not exciting for kids. De som jobbe på hotel er hygglig og hjepsomme. hotele er liten og trangt, hotele er ikke vard til den pris klasse. Frokost er ikke spennede for barn. الناس الذين يعملون في الفندق لطيفين جداًولايقصرون بتقديم الخدمات. الفندق صغير وضيق ولايستحق المبلغ الدي دفعناه، الإفطار ليس مثير للأطفال.

The room not so clean. Below the bed there were still some dirty things. The wifi service is not smart. Although the policy is that only two devices can connect to room wifi. You cannot try to logout from these two devices so that the connection is restricted to the first two devices.

Buchung war am 16.02. für den Zeitraum 17.02.-19.02.2019 Bei Anreise am 17.02. keine Reservierung im Hotel durch Elvoline. Voucher war erst am 19.02. am Tag der Abreise im Hotel verfügbar.

Do NOT book through this 3rd party. Call the hotel directly and if they don’t have a reservation go somewhere else. I booked at The Crane. 4 nights. Only an ocean view suite was available for a very high price. Arrived at the hotel, ocean view suite room not available. A huge hassle to get something sorted out to suite me and ended up in a room with broken air conditioner the first night. I did not actually realize I was booking through a 3rd party site. Huge lesson I will NEVER make that mistake again.

La aplicación ofreció habitaciones doble cama y al llegar al hotel el voucher enviado era de 1 habitación con 1 cama. Bastante pésimo el servicio del hotel sin buscar soluciones
