Excellent! Been a huge fan of the VB box vape for years. I’m a retuning customer because of the care and attention to detail in their product. Love the quality of materials in the coil. I like to think that I am health-aware in as many ways as possible, and VB doesn’t externalizations the health of their customers. Good quality hits. Excellent taste. Super discreet. Nice packaging.

This product is easy to use and store. The pieces are well crafted and have a polished look to them. The box heats up quick and brings about a clean, even burn and solid inhale. I have had the non-hands free model and will say the hands-free option is a better choice, especially if you have limited mobility or a disability that would make it difficult to have to constantly hold a hose. Arrived quickly and worked right out of the box. My only issue is that it would seem like the package carrier service is not gentle with their delivery. If maybe the items be listed as fragile in an attempt to prevent potential damage.

How wonderful it is to have a company who stands by their products! We sent in our old vapor machine and it came back good as new! Plus, they kept us informed of when they received it, how long it would take to fix it (not long) and when they sent it back to us. This feels like a family business and we are happy to be part of the family!

The equipment arrived on time and in good condition. Unfortunately it didn't fit my vaporizer heating element. Then the unthinkable. happened - I dropped it and it broke.

The box works fantastic, love how they care to use quality and safe materials. Their customer service helped me with selecting and ordering and the shipment was perfect. I’ve had my vb wooden box for 12 years now. I can’t say enough nice things about it. They sent me a new whip fast and easy. The whip was slightly over priced. BUT you get top quality with all their products. Im a fan for life. Love your guys stuff.
