Vapor Brothers is a great product made by great people. I purchased a vb1 at a local headshop and unfortunately the unit had been out on display in the store where incense was burned daily. This tainted the taste and could not be easily remedied. Vapor Brothers, even though not thier fault in any way, sent a replacement right away at no cost to me. Unquestionably 5 star service!
