I placed a call to inquire if the company was still shipping in the early days of the COVID outbreak, and got an answering machine, so I didn't leave a message. Surprisingly, I received a call back from one of the owners a few minutes later. After a few minutes od pleasant and reassuring chat, I had all of my product questions answered, and was ready to place my online order from his recommendations. My order was shipped out directly and I had it a few days later. First-rate products and customer service from an organization whose members obviously put their heart and soul into what they do. I've had my Vapor Bros original VB box-type unit for 12 years now. Never any issues, it works perfectly every day and is much easier to clean than my previous methods of smoking using a flame. Friends have come over, used it and loved it. I've bought a few as gifts and others have bought one for themselves after using mine. It is well-built and the fact that I've used it every day since I bought it says much about it's quality and construction. I design and build custom speakers and have since 1977. Build quality and craftsmanship is what sets my speakers apart from retail brands. Solid cabinetry, custom-designed crossovers specific to the drivers used. I want that same level of attention to detail and craftsmanship in the products I buy. Usually many things are lacking in those areas, but the Vapor Bros units are not lacking at all. Thank you for such a great product. I have no doubt that it will last me the rest of my life.

I spent $800.00 to buy a VB2 Multiconverter for concentrates. This was upgraded after a failure to a VB2.5 which had a different medical grade heater. When that failed I mailed it in for a circuit board short circuit repair and never got it back again. Seems Linus just closed up shop. He told me he couldn't get an engineer to fix it. Well whatever, I'm still out a VERY expensive vape. It was fun while it lasted though.
