The kit I ordered was incomplete as it was missing a whip handle so I called the company and they not only sent me what I was missing but they replaced a piece of the kit that had come with a hairline fracture . Both arrived within days. I am satisfied with the purchase I made and the customer service was good. I would order from Vape Brothers again.

A great, personable company, and the vaporizers work splendidly. My husband had emphysema (successfully healed with Chinese herbs -- check out Wei Institute or your local acupuncture doctor). I decided to buy a Vaporbrothers VB1 based on a friend’s recommendation. I knew very little about herb vaporizers and submitted questions by email and text message. My text message was answered in about 10 minutes—at around 10:45pm. I got an email response the next morning and I worked with the same person to get an order placed. I received my VB and still had questions. I called the helpline and was actually referred to an advisor who, if I understood correctly, is a superfan offering volunteer support. In short, my experience with Vaporbothers has been outstanding and second to no other customer service experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
