I bought my first VB1 about 15 years ago and loved it. It lasted many years until I bought my new one and that one works wonderful also. I was so thankful when I explained my health condition VB was helpful in getting me a unit that was refurbished and at a medical discount. My brother has the same genetic condition that I do and wanted one also so I bought him a refurbished unit and he is very thankful and uses it regularly. We have purchased multiple vaporizers and other equipment over the years. All VB products have performed as intended and we give them the highest review possible. Even when vaporizers have lost a little heating power after being on 24/7 for months on end, we have just boxed them up and sent them back to VB to be refurbished and returned to us as good as new.
