United Kingdom | 16 November 2023What a fabulous class everything is aching as i've just started, but it feels good to be having a complete full body workout .The class is really friendly a lot of laughter as well as moans and groans.Matt is a great instructor highly knowledgeable and sensitive to different abilities keeps it fun you never know what's coming next ! I highly recommend this class is you are looking to get fit in the fresh air with a great bunch of people with a top notch instructor!

Matt is an excellent trainer who adjusts exercises to meet the needs of all the class but always pushes you a little bit more. It’s varied exercises every session, with fun equipment and challenging. I have tried other classes but always come back as nothing else quite hits the spot! A great friendly, supportive team to train with too.

Matt the instructor is so well organised and structured he gets us using lots of different equipment as well as body weight exercises. It’s a friendly atmosphere and great fun. It’s great to be outside and it’s much more motivating than the gym.

Classes are always varied and enjoyable, I have to say I was addicted after the first class It pains me to say it but Matt is a great instructor (bootcamp banter) and after ten years, he never fails to challenge me. To push myself that little bit more, I also do personal training with Matt once a week and I’ve attained my athlete status, with Matt providing nutritional advice along the way. It’s great training outside and if you want the bootcamp experience this is the place to go.

Even during social distancing he has kept the classes interesting and safe. A friendly group with a great bunch of people who are now friends. We laugh, support each other and no judgement on ability. All levels welcome. Come and join us.

Bexley Bootcamp has made me fitter & healthier and I have made lovely friends too! Each week is different and exercises vary so you will never get bored! Danson Park is a fantastic setting to exercise in and no matter what the weather is like you will enjoy Bexley Bootcamp with Mike. I definitely recommend you give it a go!

United Kingdom | 08 October 2020I’ve been attending Bexley Bootcamp for over a year now at Danson Park. Mike is enthusiastic and gets you pushing your limits even at times when you may not want to! The group is very friendly and the park is a great setting to train. Mike encourages a safe training environment where you don’t feel intimidated or that you need to compete. I have also attended a couple of excursions to Snowdon with Mike and the group. If you are looking to challenge yourself and get fitter with a great trainer and a friendly environment then this is the bootcamp for you.

Fitness had never been a part of my life before and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Make no mistake, Matt’s sessions are not easy or for the faint hearted however, from day one he has done nothing but encourage and support me in reaching my fitness goals, often pushing me out of my comfort zone, and has helped build my confidence hugely. I’ve gone on to take part in challenges I would never of dreamed of doing! Matt has created a truly amazing and supportive bootcamp community which is second to none. Joining bootcamp has been literally life changing for me and has had such a positive impact both physically and mentally. Thank you Matt!

I was very nervous beforehand and wasn't sure that I was fit enough but Matt is great. He's very encouraging and tailors the exercises to everyone's needs and abilities even if you're completely new to this form of exercise. For example he might shorten a run or reduce the number of reps and in runs, no one gets left behind. The faster runners always come back to get the last in the group. From my very first session everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The sessions are fun and enjoyable and there's always a bit of banter. However I always feel like I've had a good workout. Would highly recommend coming along.
