We have had two loads of soil .. the quality was very good ..throughly recommend. Also the driver was so helpful professional and I would recommend the business on this alone

I decided to book with this company despite it being more expensive than another local skip hire as I really wanted a next day delivery and it appeared to have this available. It seemed that this had all been booked and I had received a confirmaton email for next day delivery. However later on I received a phone call to say there was a problem with the system and payment hadn't gone through and they were unable to offer next day service as booked. There was no offer made of discount or alternative in compensation just an apology. This delayed the project.

I ordered screened 10mm soil, it isn’t remotely screened, everything from large plant roots, small plant roots, daffodil stems, chunks of glass, broken ceramics....if I wanted all of that I would of just kept the dirt I already had rather than pay for new top soil. Was no point in calling to complain as it’s now all over my driveway and pavement. It’s a shame as we have ordered from here before and it was perfect! I think they must of forgotten my order as I had to call and find out where it was, I’d imagine they just grabbed whatever was in the yard without screening it first.
