Ordered garden waste collection online, including bags. The order went through ok. I then had a very nice conversation with AJ, who explained that the bags had not been charged for but that it was a glitch on the website, so I could have them free. Everything went OK- the bags were collected OK. I had only used 4 of the 6, and AJ arranged a refund, which after a slight PayPal hiccup, was refunded to my card. All in all, excellent service by AJ, and would recommend them!
