Great communication and information.

There was a lot of information given at the time of sale. And all the paperwork is done via email. Technology is a wonderful thing, but would really prefer a more hands on approach. It’s a lot on the consumer’s plate to absorb and take care of. Emails get missed or not seen at all. The tax forms needed for this year did not come until after I’d already filed my taxes. Now, I have to file an amendment, which is easy enough, but frustrated that the forms weren’t here by 31 January. Maybe your customers could be given the option of paper.

The ease of signing documents was unmatched with any I had done before. Using the online platform made staying up to date a breeze.

I'm a bit confused, I put 40% down to get better approval odds as well as lower my monthly payments. Having a 740 credit score as well made me believe that as a single homeowner that I would get approved. I unfortunately was not approved the first time so I also added my roommate as a co-applicant and still couldn't get approved. I'm sure there's a reason a co-applicant has to live at the residence so I'm not upset about that. I just the feel like the process for me to get approved seems a bit odd when many solar providers are offering 0% down and these financial companies, a lot of the times, are able to get them a loan. I'm sure there's a reason for that as well, but rather than speculate what that may be as I'm sure there are other reviews stating why that may be the case, I'm just gonna end this by saying I don't recommend financing your Solar Project through Sungage Financial and I would suggest going through someone else.

Everything was easy and convenient. As project costs fluctuated with the discovery of ever more dry rot, Sungage made it very easy to update the loan as needed. Just make sure you hang on to your original Sungage emails, because it makes it easier to get to your loan portal
