The sales portion was informative however they should have better explained the permit process and multiple sight visits better. The instilation team was prompted and always called ahead. They were coutuous and friendly explaining what they were doing and what to expect next. I am still pending my final inspection and the activation of my system. We will se what happens then hope all will go as projected

Our overall experience was excellent. The installation went well with the exception of the routing. There was a but of confusion as to which routing was going to be used. We did come to an agreement that was beneficial in the end. The system is working great and we are getting lots of questions and comments from our neighbors. We love having that piece of mind if and when the power goes out.

They were easy to work with and very timely. They communicated well with all issues.

It was difficult to impossible to contact my Sungage representative. When I finally contacted someone, the person was helpful, but it was frustrating leaving messages and never having anyone return my calls or emails. These solar panels are an expensive purchase. I want to feel heard and attended to. This was not an auspicious beginning; I hope the relationship will get better wit time.

Excellent customer service. Communication skills with clients are exceptional. Everything thing is explained and if you have a question they are swift in responding.
