Your part was very good in process although Sunpro has some areas to improve I still do not have all of the things in contract complete an there was a delay in putting the panels in service due to a lack of follow up on permits. This is not your problem but when I replied to you to confirm the system was installed was to soon as they were week’s from being working an the contract complete.

The process was pretty easy and convenient being basically all online

Overall was ok . I just hope i understood all the process to get the refund of the part that comes from the government. I just need more clarification
