a nightmare to work with stay away from Solar companies. any of them, they are liers, and they will bounce you around when there is a problem. This whole industry is a shitshow.

We tried to have a lien you placed on our home temporarily removed, as we were taking out a loan and the only way to deal with anyone was thru e-mail, so no customer service representative. So with much persistence finally got to talk to a human being, at which point was told your policy was basically what it was!! and told that they were going to disconnect me and to have a nice day. The issue was that your bank would release the lien but wanted my bank to place the lien bank on. My bank had never heard of such a thing and when I asked you representative how was that even legal for one bank to place a lien for another bank was when your representative got very unprofessional and kept speaking over me and then basically hung up on me. So as you can see if I could give less than 1 star I would. With much honesty and disappointment
