Alex was very patient. He quickly got the newer version installed and merged my current files seamlessly. He even cleaned up some existing issues. Everything seems to be in great working order.

My computer crashed and Intuit would not allow me to install my 2018 version that was supposed to be valid forever. They are forcing everbody into their subscription service that would cost me $730 a year for my 2 simple companies.
