I ordered a rear screen protector from Gadgetware via amazon for delivery on a Friday. The protector arrived but due to an error with bar codes, a front protector arrived. Emailed and got a response within a matter of hours and Matt from Gadgetware let me know that further investigation would mean a Monday resolution which I was happy with considering it was late on Friday. I then got an email first thing Monday morning letting me know they were on the case (no pun intended). Then later that day got confirmation of the bar code error and that the correct item was being shipped and that I could keep the front protector. I know that the error shouldn't have happened but I feel you can judge a company better by the way they deal with problems as opposed to when things go to plan, and in this case, for a low value item, they did a pretty decent job.
