Ordered a phone cover for the wife's Moto E but discovered hers was a 2nd Generation and therefore was to large for the cover when received. Phoned Gadgetware after leaving two emails but not receiving any response. Spoke to Dan Moorhouse who was pleasant courteous and professional in trying to source an alternative cover and then, when there was no suitable cover available, offering a full refund upon return of the original cover. I sent it back and Dan confirmed receipt on its arrival. Later that day, I received a further email, from a Chris Cook, confirming my refund. Thanks, Gadgetware for a prompt service. Would do business with them next time.
