Company was really good to use and delivery was fast. I brought Sony xa ultra case rose gold and I could not use the sat nav on my phone as it could not pick up any signal also my reception was terrible with the phone case on so not able to use. Got a email from the company offering me refund or a exchange response was quick trustworthy company and great communication shame about the product.

I ordered a phone case and the very next day it arrived which impressed me, but unfortunately the wrong colour was sent. I contacted customer service and I can only describe the personal attention I received was superb. Really friendly and very apologetic and what's more a replacement was despatched and refund issued immediately. The next day it arrived as promised. And throughout this process I was kept informed. I will definitely be looking to place orders in the future!

Postage was adertised as free but that only for second class. However, i paid for my item to be delivered first class and it was delivered. All in all, my experience with Gaget wear was a very good. I will recomended them!
