This company were very helpful and answerd the phone straigh away ot got back to me very quickly if they were not able to answer unlike their compertition who left me hanging on, then press 2 then press 4 then press 5 then the call dropped away so was well impressed and have already reccomended them

We have, on previous occasions, used a range of companies when adding to our fleet. I can honestly say the service delivered by Swiss Vans is second to none. Rhys, our point of contact there, was extremely professional and made the whole process work with simplicity and ease from start to finish. In my experience, other companies do not offer this level of service. All the paperwork was completed quickly, the communication from him was outstanding, from ordering to delivery. The delivery of the vehicle was equally as good, the driver took the time to explain every aspect of the controls, he even synchronised the phone to the vehicle. The delivery date and time was agreed in advance and the vehicle turned up exactly when they said it would. We will now be using Swiss Vans for all our fleet requirements in future.

I was not sure at first about using Swiss Vans as we have never bought a van without seeing it before hand. However, Huw was very helpful in finding the van and the spec that we wanted, he was very quick in replying to my emails and messages and he was very efficient in finding out information / timescales. We are very happy with the van and the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Huw at Swiss Vans.
