I'd been looking for the best deals on vans for ages before I came across Swiss Vans. Putting to one side thoughts of the Fast Show, I filled in the enquiry form on the website...and was soon talking to Jamie. I was quickly convinced that this was the place to get a van from. The exact model (VW Transporter Highline Sport) I wanted was in stock, and everything was arranged ad sorted out by Jamie very quickly. It was so easy. The delivery guy asked how long I'd been waiting for my new van - 'about a week' I replied. He was amazed - people who had ordered direct from VW just after Christmas were only just getting their orders delivered in July! Van delivered, I am over the moon with it. Should have done this a long time ago. One tiny problem - I noticed that a factory option was missing - I contacted Jamie and within a day VW had contacted me to say the mis-build would be rectified as soon as possible. All in all, the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Thanks Jamie!

Well, i have never purchased a vehicle in that way before, on the strength of my good friend who put me in touch with Swiss Vans and in particular Chris Thomas, a phone call was made explaining what i wanted, emails were exchanged, pictures were sent and a new VW was delivered within weeks. They were brilliant, i called them on a Tuesday, and explained what it was i was after, within a couple off hours, Greg Sudworth had called me back with 2 vehicles which where in stock an available to me within a week. And by the following Thursday it was sat on my drive. From start to finish the hole process, was quick, easy and hassle free. They literally took care of everything. I ordered my transporter through Mark Ashman of Swiss Vans. I can't fault the way I've been dealt with, it's been first class. I was told the van would be with me in eight weeks and it was, to the day. The price I paid was the most competitive around and everything run smoothly. Many thanks to simon Lewis for finding the exact model of kombi van I required and for fitting some upgrades and still got it delivered in a short time scale. Will use swiss vans again in the future and will let others know of the 1st class service.

I was recommended to this site from a friend and am absolutely chuffed to bits with them. I was on a tight schedule to get it in 2 weeks time and as long I was responsive immediately they said I would get it, and I did. Brilliant.

When it comes to leasing a van, Swiss vans are the only ones to get it through. They moved heaven & earth to deliver on time! I received nothing but poor service from one Ford commercial dealer in Grimsby, constantly chasing them for prices & never getting my calls returned. Next I tried my local Ford dealer, who couldn't get me finance as we are a new startup business, one call later to Simon at Swiss & we were approved by the same finance company that just rejected us via our local dealer! I gave Simon only 10 days notice to complete the deal & deliver, not only did he keep me informed all the way through the process, he delivered the van a day earlier than expected. I've brought many new cars & vans in the past, but I've never received this level of attention & service from anyone else. 10/10 from me!
